2023 Annual Report

The original artwork for the 2023 Ditikeni Annual Report comes from three young artists who attend the Lalela arts-education programme. Lalela provides after-school workshops for youth from under-resourced communities to spark creative thinking and awaken the entrepreneurial spirit. The three artists who have contributed to this year’s report all started with Lalela in Grade 1, and are now in Grade 12 at Masiphumelele High School in Cape Town. LITHEMBA NTHENGU, SIYAKHOLWA KALA and AVUMILE MAHLATI present their interpretations of the renewable energy theme which runs through our report this year.
